  19. I wrote SplitIt 1.0 to handle large file transfers over
  20. unpredictable lines.  It splits large files into smaller
  21. files and pieces them back together.  I wrote it because
  22. trying to transfer a 400+ K file to or from this Unix
  23. system became rediculous.
